The invention provides a silt roadbed drainage anti-seepage structure and a construction technology. The silt roadbed drainage anti-seepage structure comprises a silt main body roadbed, an upper regeneration brick aggregate layer is arranged on the top of the silt main body roadbed, a lower regeneration brick aggregate layer is arranged at the bottom of the silt main body roadbed, and side regeneration brick aggregate layers are arranged on the two sides of the silt main body roadbed; drainage geocells are laid in the upper regenerated brick aggregate layer, the lower regenerated brick aggregate layer and the side regenerated brick aggregate layer, and the drainage geocells in the lower regenerated brick aggregate layer are multiple layers and laid in the silt main body roadbed. Capillary water in the silt roadbed main body is discharged in a manner of arranging the drainage geocell, so that the strength and the stability of the silt roadbed are enhanced; the recycled brick aggregate layers are arranged at the bottom, the two sides and the top of the silt roadbed body and used for draining water, upward infiltration of underground water is isolated, downward infiltration of rainwater from the road surface and the side slope is also isolated, and increase of moisture of the silt roadbed body is reduced.
