The invention discloses an open-type cable-stayed bridge crown and a bridge with the open-type cable-stayed bridge crown, and relates to the field of bridge building construction.The open-type cable-stayed bridge crown comprises a tower crown body and a turnover assembly, and the tower crown body comprises a plurality of supporting legs; the tops of the multiple supporting legs are connected to form a hollow space to achieve containing of cable replacing equipment during cable replacing operation. The overturning assembly comprises an open-type apron board arranged between the roots of any two adjacent supporting legs, the bottom of the open-type apron board is rotationally connected with a steel tower body arranged below the tower crown body so that overturning operation can be executed to reserve an operation space during cable replacement operation, and the side portion of the open-type apron board is detachably fixed to the corresponding supporting leg. According to the method, normal operation of cable replacement operation can be guaranteed, the cable replacement operation cost is reduced, and construction safety is improved.
