Pile plate type bridge prefabricated assembly type bent cap and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a pile plate type bridge prefabricated assembly type cover beam and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the following construction steps: manufacturing a pipe pile and a cover beam; driving a high-strength prestressed concrete pipe pile; a temporary hoop-I-shaped steel supporting structure is installed; hoisting the prefabricated assembly type cover beam; the vertical ribs are lengthened; a hanging supporting plate and a separated hoop formwork are installed; steel fiber concrete is poured into a reserved assembling hole of the bent cap; constructing a post-pouring boss of the capping beam; the separating type hoop formwork is dismantled; and the temporary hoop-I-shaped steel supporting structure is dismantled. Through a series of innovative designs, the safety and integrity of connection construction of the high-strength prestressed concrete pipe pile and the cover beam are remarkably improved, and the construction method specifically comprises a limiting device for preventing a hoop from slipping, a stable cover beam hoisting mode, an effective steel bar connection means, a slurry leakage prevention closed structure and a pier-beam integrated concrete pouring process. Therefore, the stability and the construction quality of the bridge structure are enhanced.
本发明涉及桩板式桥梁预制装配式盖梁及其施工方法,施工步骤包括:管桩及盖梁制作;打设高强度预应力混凝土管桩;安装临时抱箍‑工字钢支撑结构;吊装预制装配式盖梁;竖向筋接长;安装吊挂托板及分离式抱箍模板;盖梁预留装配孔灌注钢纤维混凝土;盖梁后浇凸台施工;拆除分离式抱箍模板;拆除临时抱箍‑工字钢支撑结构。通过一系列创新设计显著提升了高强预应力混凝土管桩与盖梁连接施工的安全性和整体性,具体包括防止抱箍打滑的限位装置、稳定的盖梁吊装方式、钢筋的有效连接手段、防漏浆的封闭构造以及墩梁一体化的混凝土浇注工艺,从而增强了桥梁结构的稳固性和施工质量。
