The invention provides a cable guide pipe mounting method, and relates to the technical field of bridge construction. The cable guide pipe mounting method comprises the steps that positioning steel pipes corresponding to cable guide pipes are machined according to a preset cable bent tower structure; aiming at the cable bent tower sections to be provided with the cable guide pipe, a first section of positioning steel pipe is installed at the cable bent tower section at the lowest end to serve as a reference section; a corresponding cable guide pipe is assembled on the reference section; when each cable bent tower section is poured, concrete in the positioning steel pipe is firstly poured, and then concrete of other parts of the current cable bent tower section is poured; other positioning steel pipes serving as standard knots and corresponding cable guide pipes are additionally arranged in sequence along with construction of the cable bent tower sections. According to the embodiment of the invention, the positioning steel pipe is mounted in the cable bent tower section, the positioning steel pipe is used for assisting the positioning of the cable guide pipe, the positioning speed and precision of the cable guide pipe are improved, the possibility of generating positioning deviation after the cable guide pipe is positioned can be reduced, and the structural safety of the cable-stayed bridge is effectively protected.
