The purposes of shortening the drainage consolidation time and improving the soft soil foundation reinforcement effect are achieved, and environmental protection, energy conservation and high efficiency are achieved.
本发明公开了一种基于板内增压排水板的软土地基排水系统,本发明通过在塑料排水板的主体结构内设置增压管,并且主体结构底部安装板靴,使主体结构的排水通道能够充入高压气体,造成排水垫层的气压远低于软土地基中的气压,软土地基在堆载料的压力下将地基中的水快速挤压到排水板上,同时板内增压塑料排水板内的水在负压的作用下,透过滤布快速进入排水通道,同时水在高压气体的作用下带动快速向上运动,迅速提升至地表水平排水系统,然后排出,达到缩短排水固结时间,提高软土地基加固效果的目的,实现了环保、节能、高效。
