The invention discloses a pile plate type retaining wall high-altitude top beam construction method which comprises the steps that S1, construction preparation is conducted, specifically, all formworks and support components are prepared; s2, measuring and lofting, wherein measuring and lofting are conducted on the retaining wall according to a formwork support design drawing; and S3, a supporting system installation step: installing a support, installing I-shaped steel and an adjustable inclined strut, installing a main beam and a secondary beam of a bottom die, installing the bottom die, installing the support on a soil retaining plate of the pile plate type retaining wall, connecting the main beam with the support through the adjustable inclined strut, leveling by adopting a steel wedge block, and finally laying a small beam and a bottom template so as to realize top beam construction.
