Method for preparing continuous size fraction recycled aggregate based on lateral confining pressure-vertical loading
The invention relates to the field of building solid waste recycling, and discloses a method for preparing continuous size fraction recycled aggregate based on lateral confining pressure-vertical loading. The method comprises the following steps: (1) collecting concrete solid waste raw materials; (2) pretreating the concrete solid waste raw material to obtain a treated concrete solid waste raw material; (3) feeding the treated concrete solid waste raw material into a lateral confining pressure-vertical loading crushing device for crushing treatment to obtain a regenerated mixture I; according to the method provided by the invention, on the premise of high production efficiency and low energy consumption, the continuous-size-fraction recycled aggregate can be obtained in stages, and the continuous-size-fraction recycled aggregate comprises recycled coarse aggregate, recycled fine aggregate and recycled micro powder; the lateral confining pressure-vertical loading crushing is different from the traditional striking or impact crushing, and no noise pollution is generated; the operation can be carried out in a totally-closed state, so that dust pollution is greatly reduced; and the diverse grading requirements of actual engineering mix proportion design on the continuous size fraction recycled aggregate can be comprehensively met.
本发明涉及建筑固废资源化领域,公开了一种基于侧向围压‑竖向加载制备连续粒级再生骨料的方法。该方法包括:(1)收集砼固废原料;(2)对所述砼固废原料进行预处理,得到处理后的砼固废原料;(3)将所述处理后的砼固废原料送入侧向围压‑竖向加载破碎装置进行压碎处理,得到再生混合料I。本发明提供的方法能够在高生产效率、低能源消耗的前提下,阶段性获取连续粒级再生骨料,包含再生粗骨料、再生细骨料和再生微粉;且侧向围压‑竖向加载破碎不同于传统的击打或撞击破碎,不产生噪声污染;并且能够在全封闭状态进行,大幅度降低了粉尘污染;以及能够全面满足实际工程配合比设计对连续粒级再生骨料多样化的级配需求。
