Radiation-proof concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to radiation-proof concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete comprises water, cement, natural sand, broken stone, serpentine, lead slag, a regenerated micro powder admixture and a water reducing agent, the use amount of a concrete gel material is 380-450 Kg/m < 3 >, and the water-binder ratio range is 0.30-0.45; and the mixing amount of the water reducing agent is 0.8%-1.5%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, putting the regenerated micro powder and the exciting agent into a ball mill, mixing and grinding until the specific surface area is greater than 300-450m < 2 >/kg to prepare the regenerated micro powder admixture; and mixing the weighed water, cement, natural sand, gravel and the regenerated micro-powder admixture, adding the water reducing agent in the mixing process, and uniformly mixing to obtain the radiation-proof concrete. The serpentine is used as coarse and fine aggregate, the lead slag is used as coarse aggregate to partially replace natural sandstone aggregate, and the regenerated micro powder is used as an admixture, so that the strength and compactness of the concrete are improved, the linear attenuation coefficient of rays is increased, and meanwhile, the cement consumption is reduced.
