The invention discloses a method for hydrothermally synthesizing pollucite solidified molten salt waste, which comprises the following steps: S1, heating kaolin to obtain metakaolin, and filtering the metakaolin through a screen to obtain metakaolin powder; s2, mixing sodium hydroxide, metakaolin powder and molten salt waste with deionized water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a pasty mixture; s3, putting the pasty mixture into a drying oven for aging treatment; and S4, pressurizing and heating the aged mixture to enable water in the mixture to be in a supercritical state, keeping for a set time, and then carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a fused salt waste solidified body. According to the method, water is in a supercritical state, so that the treatment time of hydrothermal synthesis can be greatly shortened; the prepared fused salt waste solidified body can stably solidify a large amount of cesium, the migration ability and diffusion performance of radioactive cesium are effectively reduced, and pollution of radioactive cesium to the environment is effectively reduced. The method disclosed by the invention has relatively high use value and development potential.
