The invention relates to magnetized water and rice hull ash anti-crack concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 43 to 95 parts of rice hull ash, 380 to 475 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 705 to 742 parts of river sand, 1058 to 1066 parts of coarse aggregate, 112 to 157 parts of magnetized water and 4 to 11 parts of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring and mixing the cement, the sand and the rice hull ash in parts by weight, adding the stones, uniformly stirring and mixing, mixing the magnetized water and the water reducing agent, adding, and stirring to obtain the magnetized water and rice hull ash anti-crack concrete. The anti-crack concrete is prepared from the magnetized water and the rice hull ash, so that the use amount of the polycarboxylic acid water reducer is reduced, the recycling of agricultural wastes is realized, the compressive strength and the anti-crack performance of the concrete are improved, the performance of the concrete is improved, the cracking area is reduced, and the problem that the anti-crack performance of the concrete is insufficient is solved; and meanwhile, the method plays a role in concrete structure protection and ecological protection.
本发明是关于一种磁化水稻壳灰抗裂混凝土及其制备方法。混凝土的原材料包括:43‑95质量份稻壳灰,380‑475质量份普通硅酸盐水泥,705‑742质量份河砂,1058‑1066质量份粗骨料,112‑157质量份的磁化水,4‑11质量份聚羧酸减水剂。先将重量份计的水泥、砂子和稻壳灰搅拌混合均匀,之后加入石子搅拌混合均匀,然后将磁化水和减水剂混合后加入,搅拌后得到磁化水稻壳灰抗裂混凝土。本发明利用磁化水和稻壳灰制备抗裂混凝土,减少了聚羧酸减水剂的使用量和实现了农业废弃物的再利用,提高了混凝土的抗压强度和抗裂性能,改善了混凝土的性能,缩小了开裂面积,解决了混凝土抗裂性能不足的问题,同时在混凝土结构防护和生态保护方面发挥作用。
