The invention relates to the field of mortar, and discloses ardealite-based anti-freezing mortar which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of cement; 45 to 55 parts of water; 4-5 parts of silica fume; 40 to 50 parts of slag; 0.8 to 1.2 parts of a gypsum retarder; the mass ratio of the modified ardealite powder coated with the nano montmorillonite powder to the cement is (1.2-1.5): 1. The silica fume and the slag supplement the strength of the mortar, and the nano montmorillonite powder can fill gaps in the mortar and improve the connection tightness of the cement and the modified phosphogypsum, so that a large amount of phosphogypsum is conveniently doped under the condition of ensuring certain strength, the phosphogypsum is rapidly consumed, and the storage cost and environmental pollution of the phosphogypsum are reduced.
