The invention discloses a preparation method of water-based tape casting slurry, a method for preparing a ceramic substrate and the ceramic substrate, the preparation method of the water-based tape casting slurry comprises the following steps: mixing ceramic powder, a solvent, a dispersing agent and half of a surfactant, and carrying out first ball milling to obtain initial slurry; wherein the ceramic powder is oxygen ion conductor type ceramic material powder, and the oxygen ion main component of the ceramic powder comprises zirconium oxide, cerium oxide or lanthanum gallate; mixing the initial slurry with a binder, a plasticizer, a lubricant and no more than half of a surfactant, and carrying out secondary ball milling to obtain intermediate slurry; and mixing the intermediate slurry and the residual surfactant again, and carrying out defoaming treatment to obtain the water-based tape casting slurry. By optimizing the raw material feeding sequence, the application range of the technology is greatly expanded, the method is not only suitable for traditional doped zirconia materials, but also can treat doped cerium oxide or lanthanum gallate materials with higher processing difficulty, and the universality and flexibility of the tape casting technology are remarkably improved.
本发明公开了水基流延浆料制备方法、制备陶瓷基片的方法和陶瓷基片,水基流延浆料制备方法包括:将陶瓷粉体、溶剂、分散剂和半数的表面活性剂混合后进行第一次球磨,得到初始浆料;其中,陶瓷粉体为氧离子导体型陶瓷材料粉体,陶瓷粉体的氧离子主要成分包括氧化锆、氧化铈或镓酸镧;将初始浆料与粘结剂、塑化剂、润滑剂和不超过半数的表面活性剂混合后进行第二次球磨,得到中间浆料;将中间浆料和剩余的表面活性剂再次混合并进行脱泡处理后,得到水基流延浆料。本发明通过优化原料加料顺序,极大地拓展了该技术的应用范围,不仅适用于传统的掺杂氧化锆材料,还能处理加工难度更高的掺杂氧化铈或镓酸镧材料,显著提升了流延技术的通用性与灵活性。
