Infiltration agent for ceramic component as well as preparation method and application of infiltration agent
The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing silicon-containing powder, anti-adhesion ceramic powder, an organic adhesive and a first dispersion medium, so as to obtain a silicon ceramic liquid; curing and spheroidizing the obtained silicon ceramic liquid to obtain silicon ceramic spheres; and uniformly mixing the obtained silicon ceramic spheres with a second dispersion medium, a dispersing agent and an anti-settling agent to obtain the slurry type infiltration agent. According to the method, the silicon-containing powder and the anti-adhesion ceramic powder are uniformly mixed, and powder particles in the silicon-containing powder are isolated, so that the powder particles in the silicon-containing powder are dispersed and are not easy to gather together, and the phenomenon that silicon is accumulated on the surface of a component due to polymerization of silicon liquid in the infiltration process is further avoided. The preparation method of the infiltration agent for the ceramic component is easy to operate, high in preparation efficiency and suitable for industrial production.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷构件用熔渗剂及其制备方法,包括:将含硅粉体、防粘接陶瓷粉体、有机粘接剂以及第一分散介质均匀混合,得到硅陶液体;将得到的硅陶液体进行固化、球化处理得到硅陶球体;将得到的硅陶球体与第二分散介质、分散剂、防沉降剂均匀混合,得到浆料型熔渗剂。该方法中通过含硅粉体与防粘接陶瓷粉体均匀混合,对含硅粉体中的粉体微粒进行隔离,使得含硅粉体中的粉体微粒分散,不容易聚集在一起,进而避免溶渗过程中,由于硅液的聚聚,导致构件表面出现积硅的现象。本发明提出的陶瓷构件用熔渗剂的制备方法操作简单,制备效率高,能够适用于工业化的生产。
