The invention discloses a heterogeneous ceramic cast-infiltration block as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The cast-infiltration block comprises the following group phases: coarse particle metal ceramic taking TiC as a hard phase and Mn, Ni, Mo, Cr, C and Fe as binding phases; al2O3 is used as a substrate, ZrO2, MgO, TiO2 and CaO are used as sintering aids, and one of Cu and Mn is used as an active metal aid; the preparation method comprises the steps of coarse particle preparation, phase mixing, green body forming, green body drying and green body sintering. The application method is sand mold imbedding. Coarse-particle metal ceramic serves as a framework and is mixed with fine-particle oxide ceramic powder, the multi-porosity composite cast-infiltration block is obtained, and the composite cast-infiltration block has high specific strength, high specific modulus and high abrasion resistance which are not achieved by traditional materials and can be applied to workpieces such as plate hammers of crushers, and the service life of equipment is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种非均质陶瓷铸渗块及其制备方法及应用,所述铸渗块包括如下组相:以TiC为硬质相,Mn、Ni、Mo、Cr、C、Fe为粘结相的粗颗粒金属陶瓷;以Al2O3为基底,ZrO2、MgO、TiO2、CaO为烧结助剂,Cu、Mn中的一种为活性金属助剂混合的细颗粒氧化物陶瓷粉体;所述制备方法包括粗颗粒制备、组相混合、坯体成型、坯体干燥、坯体烧结步骤;所述应用方法为砂型模具镶铸;该发明以粗颗粒金属陶瓷为骨架与细颗粒氧化物陶瓷粉体相混合,得到多孔隙率的复合铸渗块,具有传统材料所没有的高比强度、高比模量、高耐磨性能,能够运用到破碎机板锤等工件中,提高设备使用寿命。
