The invention discloses a maglev track beam construction method which comprises the following steps: mounting a functional part template on a track beam forming system, and adjusting the functional part template to a design position; the stator sleeves are positioned and installed on functional part templates respectively, and positioning parts used for positioning and installing the stator sleeves of the magnetic levitation functional parts are arranged on the functional part templates; the steel reinforcement framework is installed in a forming system; the L-shaped steel plate is installed on a forming system; and the forming system performs mold closing and pouring forming on the maglev track beam. The stator sleeve and the L-shaped steel plate are not welded before the track beam is formed, so that the stator sleeve and the L-shaped steel plate are used as independent parts, and the stator sleeve and the L-shaped steel plate are respectively positioned and mounted in a forming system when the magnetic levitation track beam is formed; the problems that due to interference between the integral type magnetic levitation functional part and the steel reinforcement framework, the forming operation difficulty is large, and operation is inconvenient are well solved.
