A new and old pavement base layer widening construction method comprises the following steps that a road shoulder of an original road and accessory equipment on the periphery of the original road are dismantled, the original road comprises an original road surface layer and an original roadbed located below the original road surface layer, and the original roadbed is located below the original road surface layer; the original road surface layer comprises an original base layer and an original asphalt layer positioned above the original base layer; trimming the original roadside, close to the to-be-widened position, of the original road surface layer, so that the original roadside of the original road surface layer is in a step shape; steel belt meshes with matched shapes are laid on the roadsides of the step-shaped raw stones; and a new road is laid on the ladder-shaped raw stone roadside by referring to the original road in a lap joint mode. According to the new and old pavement base layer widening construction method, construction can be conducted on the basis that traffic is not closed, the tensile strength and crack resistance of the new and old pavement base layer widening lap joint are effectively enhanced through the tensile strength of the steel belt meshes, the problem of cracking of the pavement lap joint is solved, and the widening service life of an old road is prolonged.
一种新老路面基层加宽施工方法,包括如下步骤:拆除原始道路的路肩及周边的附属设备,其中,所述原始道路包括原始道路面层及位于原始道路面层下方的原始路基,所述原始道路面层包括原始基层及位于所述原始基层上方的原始沥青层;对原始道路面层靠近待加宽位置处的原始路边进行切边处理,以使得原始道路面层的原始路边呈阶梯状;在呈阶梯状的原石路边铺设对适配形状的钢带网片;参照原始道路在呈阶梯状的原石路边搭接铺设新道路。该新老路面基层加宽施工方法,可在不封闭交通的基础上进行施工,通过钢带网片的抗拉能力,有效增强新老路面基层加宽搭接处的抗拉及抗裂能力,解决路面搭接处开裂问题,提高老路加宽的使用寿命。
