The invention provides a vertical-horizontal-bending moment composite load loading device for a pile foundation bearing capacity test, which comprises a loading frame, a cross-shaped sliding table is arranged in the middle of the loading frame, and the cross-shaped sliding table is connected with a rotating module; the rotating module comprises a fixing plate, a rotating driving sliding block and a driving plate, the fixing plate is provided with an arc-shaped groove, the upper side face and the lower side face of the arc-shaped groove are arc faces, and the rotating driving sliding block is slidably connected with the arc-shaped groove; the driving plate is fixedly connected with the rotary driving sliding block, a steering engine is arranged on the upper side of the fixing plate and connected with a gear, the driving plate is provided with a tooth-shaped rail, and the gear is meshed with the tooth-shaped rail. The driving plate is provided with a fixing piece for fixing a pile shoe foundation to be tested; the steering engine drives the driving plate to move along the arc-shaped groove relative to the fixing plate through the gear. The technical scheme of the invention can be used for vertical-horizontal-bending moment composite load loading, and is simple in structure, low in cost and suitable for 1g model test.
