A high-rise building core tube full reverse construction method belongs to the technical field of building construction and comprises the following steps: step 1, forming upright piles, inserting steel columns into pile foundations in a one-column one-pile manner, and arranging vertical supporting steel columns with corresponding bearing capacity and the pile foundations under a shear wall; secondly, excavation is conducted to the elevation of a floor plate of the negative first floor, the negative first floor serves as an interface, construction of beam plates of the negative first floor is conducted, and construction of a horizontal structure is completed; thirdly, basement construction is conducted to a bottom plate through a reverse construction method, overground main body structure construction of the building is conducted synchronously, and all layers of shear walls above the first layer are completed in sequence; fourthly, after the overground main body structure of the building is constructed, bottom plate pouring is carried out, and after pouring is completed, an underground shear wall is constructed in sequence; and fifthly, the vertical supporting steel column and the redundant part of the temporary joist are dismantled. The problem that the shear wall cannot be reversely constructed can be solved, stress conversion of the temporary steel column and the shear wall is achieved, the method is particularly suitable for rock stratum construction, and the construction period can be greatly shortened.
