The invention relates to a super high-rise full reverse construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, constructing a supporting waterproof curtain structure along the periphery of a foundation pit, and arranging a middle steel pipe upright post in the foundation pit; s2, excavating a first layer of earthwork underground, and then constructing a first layer of structure; s3, excavating underground second-layer earthwork, and then constructing a negative first-layer structure; s4, according to the step S3, earthwork from the third underground layer to the N-2 underground layer is excavated in sequence, and structures from the second negative layer to the N-3 negative layer are constructed; s5, excavating underground (N-1) layers of earthwork, and reserving a halfpace with a certain width along the support edge; s6, consequent construction is conducted from a podium building soil taking opening bottom plate to a podium building overground structure, and reverse construction is conducted on a minus N-1 layer structure; s7, reserved halfpace remaining soil underground excavation is conducted on the negative N-1 layer structure, and a negative N layer bottom plate structure is constructed; and S8, sequential construction is conducted on a basement soil taking opening structure and a basement post-construction vertical structure. The method is convenient to construct and efficient in work, saves manpower and material resources, accelerates the construction progress and shortens the construction period.
