Light interlayer prefabricated floor slab and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a light interlayer prefabricated floor slab and a preparation method thereof. The prefabricated floor slab comprises a slab body, shear keys, filling bodies and lower tensile steel bars. The shear keys are cross-shaped shear keys, and shear key reinforcement holes are formed in the lower parts of the shear keys; the filling body is a thin-wall filling body and is provided with a thin-wall shell, and a hollow cavity or a high-temperature heat insulation material is arranged in the thin-wall shell; the thin-wall filling bodies are distributed in the area outside the cross-shaped shear keys, gaps are reserved between the four side faces of the plate body and the thin-wall filling bodies, and floor slab bolt holes penetrating through the plate body in the thickness direction are formed in the reserved gaps. The lower tensile steel bars are arranged in the length direction of the plate body, and the multiple lower tensile steel bars are arranged in the width direction of the plate body at intervals. The preparation method comprises the steps of building the supporting formwork, placing the shear keys, laying the lower tensile steel bars, connecting the supporting rods, pouring for the first time, placing the filling body, pouring for the second time and removing the formwork. The light interlayer prefabricated floor slab has excellent mechanical property and heat preservation, heat insulation and sound insulation performance and is convenient to construct.
