The latticed column basement top plate reinforcing system comprises an upper annular plate and a lower annular plate which are sequentially arranged on the periphery of a latticed column from top to bottom in a surrounding mode; a steel pipe column is mounted between the upper annular plate and the lower annular plate; the steel corbel comprises an upper wing plate, a web plate and a lower wing plate; the upper wing plate is fixed with a groove formed in the upper annular plate, the web plate is fixed with the steel pipe column, and the lower wing plate is fixed with the lower annular plate; the ring beam is arranged between the upper ring plate and the lower ring plate; and the haunching hidden beams are arranged on the steel corbels between the two adjacent latticed columns. The existing latticed column is fully utilized as a vertical stress component, the construction process is simplified through the construction mode, the construction efficiency is improved, the upper annular plate, the lower annular plate, the steel pipe column, the annular beam, the steel corbel, the haunched hidden beam and the like are arranged outside the latticed column, and the construction efficiency is improved.
