The invention discloses an embedded manual and electric dual-purpose electromagnetic shielding door system which comprises an embedded door frame assembly, a gantry support assembly, a lower guide rail, an adjustable threshold component, a composite door leaf, a door leaf driving assembly and a sliding assembly, the sliding assembly is connected with the composite door leaf through a hanging arm, and the door leaf driving assembly is connected to the lower guide rail; the door leaf driving assembly moves along the lower guide rail, and opening and closing of the composite door leaf are achieved under cooperation of the sliding assembly. The adjustable threshold component comprises a threshold body, a threshold driving assembly, a lifting assembly, a lifting threshold, a linear driving assembly and a supporting plate, the supporting plate is slidably installed on the lifting threshold, the threshold driving assembly and the lifting assembly drive the lifting threshold to vertically ascend and descend, and the bottom of the composite door leaf is sealed. The system has a manual opening and closing mode and an electric opening and closing mode, and is high in reliability, firm in connection, good in electromagnetic shielding capacity, good in passing ability after the door leaf is opened and wide in application prospect.
