The invention discloses a reinforced thermal-insulation wallboard, a manufacturing process, a tool and a building. The reinforced thermal-insulation wallboard comprises a top frame, a bottom frame and a top frame, the frame rod is a straight rod of which the upper end is fixed on the top frame and which overhangs downwards; each group of frame rods is in one-to-one correspondence with the reinforced thermal insulation wallboard group, and each group of frame rods comprises at least one pair of frame rods; the connecting pieces are provided with bases and a pair of arms connected with the bases, the bases of at least part of the connecting pieces are provided with base holes matched with the frame rods, and the connecting pieces are arranged on the corresponding frame rods in a sleeving mode through the base holes and arranged on the frame rods based on friction force; the two corresponding arms are located on the two opposite sides of the base. Wherein all the connecting pieces are matched with the selected frame rods or part of the connecting pieces are matched with the selected frame rods so as to be used for positioning the reinforcement cage, and the other connecting pieces are connected to the reinforcement cage; the arms and/or seats of part or all of the connecting pieces are used for positioning the corresponding insulation boards at one end, so that the connecting pieces clamp the corresponding insulation boards in groups. The manufacturing process of the reinforced thermal insulation wallboard is relatively simple.
