Furnace transmutation glaze and ceramic product
The transmutation glaze is prepared from 80-90% by weight of frit particles and 10-20% by weight of kaolin, the frit particles, the kaolin and a preset proportion of water are put into a ball mill to be ground to obtain glaze slip with the fineness reaching a preset mesh number and the screen residue smaller than a preset percentage, and the sieved glaze slip is subjected to iron removal and dehydration to obtain the transmutation glaze. And drying and crushing the dehydrated glaze mud cake to obtain the transmutation glaze. The frit particles are prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-10% of zirconium oxide, 10-15% of quartz, 30-35% of potassium feldspar, 2-6% of lithium carbonate, 18-22% of calcite, 18-25% of talc, 10-15% of borax and 5-10% of aluminum oxide, the raw materials are uniformly mixed, molten in a high-temperature glass tank furnace and subjected to water quenching to form glass crystals, and the frit particles can be obtained. Through the transmutation glaze, ornamental effects of various gorgeous colors, flowing spots and the like can be generated on the surface of a ceramic product, and the aesthetic property of the ceramic product is improved.
一种窑变釉,由重量百分含量为80‑90%的熔块颗粒和10‑20%的高岭土制成,其中,将所述熔块颗粒、所述高岭土和预设比例的水,投入球磨机中研磨得到细度达到预设目数,筛余小于预设百分比的釉浆,以及,对过筛后的所述釉浆进行除铁和脱水,并对脱水得到的釉泥饼进行烘干、粉碎,即得到所述窑变釉。所述熔块颗粒的原料按重量百分比包括:氧化锆5‑10%,石英10‑15%,钾长石30‑35%,碳酸锂2‑6%,方解石18‑22%,滑石18‑25%,硼砂10‑15%,氧化铝5‑10%,其中,将以上原料混合均匀,经高温玻璃池炉熔化、水淬成玻璃晶体状,即可得到所述熔块颗粒。通过该窑变釉能够在陶瓷制品表面产生多种绚丽色彩及流动斑点等观赏性效果,提升了陶瓷制品的美观性。
