Self-repairing steam-cured concrete material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a self-repairing steam-cured concrete material and a preparation method thereof. The invention aims to solve the problems of internal pore structure coarsening and microcrack development caused by high temperature and humidity, rapid strength development and rapid cooling in the steam curing process, and steam-cured concrete material cracking, mechanical property reduction and durability caused by the internal pore structure coarsening and microcrack development. The self-repairing steam-cured concrete material is prepared from cement, superfine slag powder, fly ash, silica fume, a self-repairing material, coarse and fine aggregate, a water reducing agent and the like, and the self-repairing material is SiO2-CaCO3-GO powder particles formed by mixing graphene oxide (GO), gas-phase nano SiO2 and CaCO3 powder; by adding the self-repairing material, modification and enhancement of a microstructure in the steam-curing process of the steam-curing concrete can be realized, the number of microcracks is reduced, the microcracks are repaired in the steam-curing process, and the purposes of refining the pore structure of the steam-curing concrete and improving the durability of the steam-curing concrete are achieved.
