The invention relates to the technical field of river and lake sludge treatment, and provides an environment-friendly microporous sound-absorbing ceramic prepared from river and lake bottom mud and a preparation method of the environment-friendly microporous sound-absorbing ceramic. Comprising the following steps: mixing river and lake bottom mud, fly ash, diatomite, an expanding agent, a dispersing agent and a gelling agent, and adding water to form initial slurry; carrying out ball milling on the initial slurry to obtain a premixed solution; adding a foaming agent into the premixed liquid, stirring for the first time, then adding a foam stabilizer, and stirring for the second time to obtain ceramic slurry; injecting the ceramic slurry into a mold, covering the surface of the ceramic slurry in the mold with a non-woven fabric, and standing to form a mold; removing the non-woven fabric, and demolding to obtain a green body; and drying and sintering the green body to obtain the environment-friendly microporous sound-absorbing ceramic. Through process improvement of links such as injection molding, the phenomenon of cracking of the green body can be avoided, the yield of material preparation is greatly improved, the production efficiency of the sound-absorbing ceramic is improved, and the method is suitable for large-scale preparation of the porous sound-absorbing ceramic.
本发明涉及河湖淤泥处理技术领域,提供一种利用河湖底泥制备的环保微孔吸声陶瓷及其制备方法。包括将河湖底泥、粉煤灰、硅藻土、膨胀剂、分散剂、胶凝剂混合,加入水而形成初始浆料;将初始浆料球磨,得预混液;向预混液中加入发泡剂,一次搅拌,再加入稳泡剂,二次搅拌,得陶瓷浆料;将陶瓷浆料注入模具中,在模具中的陶瓷浆料表面覆盖无纺布,静置成模;后脱除无纺布,脱模得生坯;将生坯干燥、烧结,得环保微孔吸声陶瓷。本发明通过注模成型等环节的工艺改进,能够避免坯体开裂现象的发生,极大提高材料制备的良品率,提高吸声陶瓷生产效率,适用于规模化多孔吸声陶瓷的制备。
