The invention discloses a microporous sound-absorbing ceramic prepared from river and lake bottom mud and coal-based solid waste as raw materials, and belongs to the field of environment-friendly materials. The high-sound-absorption microporous ceramic is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30-50% of lake sediment; 25%-40% of coal gangue; 15%-20% of diatomite; 40%-60% of water; 1%-3% of a dispersant; 1%-3% of a gelling agent; 3%-5% of a foaming agent; the preparation method comprises the following steps: drying and grinding the lake bottom mud to prepare uniform bottom mud powder of more than 100 meshes; mixing the bottom mud powder, the coal gangue powder and the diatomite powder to prepare mixed powder; adding water, a dispersing agent and a gelling agent into the mixed powder, and performing ball milling in a ball mill to obtain uniform mixed slurry; adding a foaming agent, stirring and foaming; performing injection molding, vibrating, demolding and the like to obtain a green body, and finally sintering and cooling to obtain a finished product. The sound absorption ceramic is a through hole material, and is high in porosity, small in aperture and good in medium-high frequency sound absorption performance.
本发明公开了一种利用河湖底泥与煤基固废为原料的微孔吸声陶瓷,属于环保材料领域;该高吸声微孔陶瓷的原料组成及质量百分比是:湖泊底泥30%~50%;煤矸石25%~40%;硅藻土15%~20%;水40%~60%;分散剂1%‑3%;胶凝剂1%‑3%;发泡剂3%‑5%;制备方法为:将湖泊底泥干燥、研磨,制成100目以上的均匀的底泥粉末;将底泥粉末、煤矸石粉、硅藻土粉混合制成混合粉体;向混合粉体中加入水、分散剂、胶凝剂置入球磨机球磨后得到均匀的混合浆料;再将发泡剂加入搅拌发泡;然后进行注模、振捣和脱模等步骤得到生胚,最后进行烧结、冷却得到成品。本发明的吸声陶瓷为通孔材料,孔隙率高,孔径微小,中高频吸声性能好。
