Reinforcing structure for reinforcing old concrete T beam by adopting novel connected steel plate-UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) thin layer
The invention relates to the technical field of reinforcement and maintenance of bridge structures, in particular to an old concrete T-beam web and bottom plate structure reinforcing structure which comprises an outer steel plate, an ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) thin layer, a screw and a fastening nut, and the screw and the fastening nut are implanted into an old concrete T-beam. The method comprises the following steps: chiseling and drilling an old concrete T-beam, wrapping the old concrete T-beam by using a steel plate, pouring special glue for bar planting at the drilling position of the old concrete T-beam, planting a screw rod to penetrate through the old concrete T-beam and the steel plate, pouring a UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) thin layer between the steel plate and the old concrete T-beam, and applying fastening force to the screw rod by using a nut. According to the reinforcing structure for reinforcing the old concrete T beam by adopting the novel connected steel plate-UHPC thin layer, the bending resistance, the shear bearing capacity and the crack resistance of a damaged bridge structure can be improved; the structural advantages of a section increasing method and a steel-encased reinforcing method are integrated; and by adopting the modes of chiseling, screw planting and the like, the bonding performance of the outer wrapping steel plate, the UHPC thin layer and the old concrete T beam is improved. The structure is simple in connection structure, high in bearing capacity improvement and simple in construction.
本发明涉及到桥梁结构的加固维修技术领域,一种对于旧混凝土T梁腹、底板结构加强构造,包括外包钢板、UHPC(超高性能混凝土)薄层、植入旧混凝土T梁的螺杆和坚固螺母。对旧混凝土T梁进行凿毛和钻孔后,使用钢板对旧混凝土T梁进行外包,在旧混凝土T梁钻孔处灌入植筋专用胶,后植入螺杆穿过旧混凝土T梁与钢板,然后在钢板与旧混凝土T梁间浇筑UHPC薄层,后使用螺母对螺杆施加紧固力。该采用新型连接的钢板‑UHPC薄层加固旧混凝土T梁的补强构造能够使受损桥梁结构的抗弯、抗剪承载力及抗裂性能得到提高;综合了增大截面法和外包钢加固法两者的构造优点;采用凿毛和植螺杆等方式,提高了外包钢板、UHPC薄层和旧混凝土T梁三者的结合性能。该构造连接结构简单,承载力提升较高,施工也较为简单。
