The anchorage device comprises a connecting sleeve, a wedge-surface piston, a double-end conical clamp, a wedge-surface ring sleeve and a torsion transmission ring sleeve are sequentially arranged in the connecting sleeve from bottom to top, a sealing protection ring sleeve is arranged at the upper end of the connecting sleeve, a bottom steel bar is arranged at the lower end of the connecting sleeve, and a mounting through hole is formed in the sealing protection ring sleeve; a slurry through hole is formed in the outer wall of the connecting sleeve and located below the wedge face piston. A spiral through hole matched with a steel strand is formed in the torsion transmission ring sleeve, and a conical sinking groove is formed in the wedge surface piston; an anchor cable through hole is formed in the double-end conical clamp, conical anchor cable clamps are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the double-end conical clamp correspondingly, and the two conical anchor cable clamps can be contained in the conical sinking groove and the conical through hole correspondingly so that the penetrating steel strand can be clamped. The device is reasonable in design and easy to mount, unanchor and dismount, and steel strands can be conveniently recycled.
