In the prior art, the recycling performance of an air water collecting material is poor. In order to solve the technical problem, chitosan is taken as a gel skeleton core, high-hygroscopicity salt lithium chloride is firmly attached to the chitosan through ammonia water etching pretreatment, so that a gel skeleton is formed, then the gel skeleton is taken as a center, a three-dimensional gel network structure is formed through polymerization reaction of vinyl acetate monomers, and the high-hygroscopicity lithium-ion battery positive electrode material is obtained. The air water collecting material with large water absorbing capacity and good recycling performance is obtained.
