Modified unsaturated polyester resin and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses modified unsaturated polyester resin, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 20 to 30 parts of 1, 2-propylene glycol, 2 to 10 parts of diethylene glycol, 15 to 30 parts of ethylene glycol terephthalate, 5 to 10 parts of ethylene glycol, 25 to 30 parts of phthalic anhydride, 2 to 8 parts of maleic anhydride, 20 to 40 parts of artificial stone aggregate, 5 to 15 parts of amino-terminated polyamidoamine, 100 to 200 parts of activated calcium carbonate and 20 to 30 parts of styrene. 0.1-1 part of a catalyst, 1-2 parts of a polymerization inhibitor and 2-5 parts of an antioxidant. The invention discloses a preparation method of the modified unsaturated polyester resin. The modified unsaturated polyester resin obtained by the invention has good fluidity, can accommodate and infiltrate more calcium carbonate powder, effectively reduces the cost of agglomerated stone products, has high bending strength and compression strength, and can meet the performance requirements of artificial agglomerated stone.
本发明公开了一种改性不饱和聚酯树脂,其原料按质量份包括:1,2‑丙二醇20‑30份,二乙二醇2‑10份,对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯15‑30份,乙二醇5‑10份,邻苯二甲酸酐25‑30份,顺丁烯二酸酐2‑8份,人造石骨料20‑40份,端氨基聚酰胺胺5‑15份,活化碳酸钙100‑200份,苯乙烯20‑30份,催化剂0.1‑1份,阻聚剂1‑2份,抗氧剂2‑5份。本发明公开了上述改性不饱和聚酯树脂的制备方法。本发明所得改性不饱和聚酯树脂流动性好,而且可以容纳浸润更多的碳酸钙粉料,有效减少岗石制品的成本,同时弯曲强度与压缩强度高,能满足人造岗石性能需求。
