The polyurethane reinforced unsaturated polyester resin modifiedasphalt concrete is prepared from aggregate and polyurethane enhanced unsaturated polyester resin modified asphalt serving as raw materials, wherein the polyurethane enhanced unsaturated polyester resin modified asphalt is prepared from polyurethane, unsaturated polyester resin, maleic anhydride, a curing agent, a coupling agent, a diluent, a catalyst and matrix asphalt. The concrete is high in strength, high in low-temperature crack resistance, excellent in ageing resistance, low in cost and convenient to construct.
