The invention relates to high-fluidity magnesium slag slurry, carbonized lightweight aggregate concrete and a preparation method of the high-fluidity magnesium slag slurry and carbonized lightweight aggregate concrete, the magnesium slag slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of powder, 30-35 parts of water, 0.06-0.2 part of sodium alginate, 0.02-0.5 part of a defoaming agent and 0.5-2 parts of a water reducing agent; the powder comprises magnesium slag powder, cement and silica fume in a mass ratio of 70: (21-27): (3-9). Through cooperation of all the components, high-dosage use of the magnesium slag is achieved, the utilization rate of the magnesium slag is effectively increased, meanwhile, the slurry fluidity of the magnesium slag is guaranteed and reaches 245 mm or above, and the compressive strength of an obtained concrete sample is improved.
本发明涉及一种高流动性镁渣浆体和碳化轻骨料混凝土及其制备方法,按质量份计,镁渣浆体的原料包括粉料100份,水30~35份,海藻酸钠0.06~0.2份,消泡剂0.02~0.5份以及减水剂0.5~2份;粉料包括质量比为70:(21~27):(3~9)的镁渣粉、水泥和硅灰。通过各组分之间配合,实现镁渣高掺量使用,有效提高镁渣利用率,同时保证其浆体流动度,达到245mm以上,并提升所得混凝土试样的抗压强度。
