The method has the beneficial effects that two capping beam support systems are provided, namely the column wrapping steel frame reinforcing support and the hoop integral type overhanging support, and the problem of erecting of a large cantilever capping beam support is solved; a steel box groove support accurate pre-pressing loading technology is adopted, fine sand is injected into a steel box groove, the support is loaded and pre-pressed, the deformation of a support system is emphatically monitored, and the safety and stability of the bent cap support are guaranteed. A hoop pier column independent operation platform is adopted, and the independent hoop is arranged on the pier column to support the operation platform, so that the safety and the stability of the operation platform are improved.
