Construction device and method for steel pipe group piles
The invention provides a steel pipe pile group construction device and method. The steel pipe pile group construction device comprises a double-layer externally-expanded steel pipe pile, and the double-layer externally-expanded steel pipe pile is of a framework structure composed of an inner-layer steel pipe and a ribbed outer side pile wall; an oil supply pipe on the outer wall of the inner-layer steel pipe pumps hydraulic oil into a hydraulic rod to open the ribbed outer side pile wall to generate a gap, the outer side of a rubber film is filled with magnetic asphalt mixed filler through a screw hole, the inner side of the rubber film is filled with expansive concrete, and a bolt is used for sealing after filling is completed; the magnetic anchor sleeved with the magnetic ring is driven into an anchor hole around a pile hole, and when the magnetic asphalt mixed filler is in a flowing state, the magnetic anchor can attract and gather the magnetic asphalt mixed filler so that the magnetic asphalt mixed filler can permeate into a pile side soil body; a suction pipe with a microwave heating suction pipe head is matched with a suction pump to recycle the magnetic asphalt mixed filler, and microwave pipes are arranged on the two sides of the microwave heating suction pipe head. By means of recoverable design of components, magnetic asphalt mixed filler and expansive concrete are filled between the inner-layer pile body and the outer-layer pile body of the double-layer thick-wall steel pipe pile to enhance the bearing capacity of the pile bodies.
本发明提供了一种钢管群桩的施工装置及方法,包括双层外扩钢管桩,双层外扩钢管桩由内层钢管和带肋外侧桩壁构成骨架结构;内层钢管外壁处的给油管将液压油泵入液压杆撑开带肋外侧桩壁产生空隙,通过螺孔将磁性沥青混合填料填入橡胶膜外侧,膨胀混凝土填入橡胶膜内侧,填充完成后使用螺栓封口;将套有磁环的磁锚打入桩孔周围的锚洞,在磁性沥青混合填料处于流动状态时磁锚能够对其产生吸聚作用以渗透进桩侧土体;使用带微波加热抽吸管头的抽吸管配合抽吸泵将磁性沥青混合填料回收,微波加热抽吸管头两侧是微波管。通过构件可回收设计、双层厚壁钢管桩内外层桩身间填充磁性沥青混合填料与膨胀混凝土增强桩身承载力。
