The invention discloses an assembly type overhanging supporting structure. Comprising transverse I-shaped steel matched with an upper concrete plate to be connected and mounted, inclined I-shaped steel matched with a lower concrete plate to be connected and mounted, a top connecting support mechanism arranged between the transverse I-shaped steel and the inclined I-shaped steel, and a bottom connecting support mechanism arranged between the inclined I-shaped steel and the lower concrete plate. The inclined I-shaped steel is matched with the bottom connecting support mechanism to conduct angle adjusting installation and locking, and the inclined I-shaped steel and the transverse I-shaped steel are subjected to angle adjusting installation and locking through the top connecting support mechanism. According to the technical scheme, through the top connecting support mechanism and the bottom connecting support mechanism, adjustment can be conducted according to different angles during construction, the support mechanisms are of an assembly type structure and convenient to mount and demount, and the defects that after a welding mode is adopted in traditional construction, the support mechanisms cannot be demounted and cannot be repeatedly used are overcome; and the overall structure is convenient to adjust and install.
