The invention discloses a prefabricated equipment room floor suspension formwork which comprises a floor bottom formwork, a plurality of stand columns, a plurality of composite beams, a plurality of brackets and a tie device, the plurality of stand columns are vertically installed at the top end of a lower wall body in two prefabricated opposite wall bodies at intervals, the plurality of brackets are installed in the side wall of a higher wall body in the two wall bodies corresponding to the stand columns, and the tie device is arranged on the side wall of the lower wall body. A combined beam is connected between each bracket and the corresponding stand column which are opposite, and the floor slab bottom die is hung below the combined beams through a pulling device. According to the invention, the plurality of composite beams are respectively preset above the floor slab to be constructed through components such as the stand columns and the corresponding brackets, and the floor slab bottom die for floor slab construction is hoisted at a specified position through the pulling and connecting device, so that a supporting system does not need to be erected on the lower floor slab, and the device is convenient to mount and low in cost.
