Stratum reinforcing method for shield laterally penetrating river-adjacent bridge pile foundation
The invention discloses a stratum reinforcing method for a shield laterally penetrating a bridge pile foundation adjacent to a river. The stratum reinforcing method comprises the following steps that S1, drilling and grouting are conducted on the ground of one side, where a tunnel to be subjected to shield excavation passes through an existing bridge pile foundation, of the tunnel to be subjected to shield excavation to construct a plurality of variable cross-section isolators which are arranged in a multi-row staggered mode; s2, drilling, grouting and pouring a vault reinforcing layer above the contour line of the tunnel to be subjected to shield excavation; s3, shield underneath crossing tunneling construction is conducted in the contour line of the tunnel to be subjected to shield excavation, and a secondary wall rear reinforcing grouting layer is constructed on the outer wall of the segment above the tunnel through the segment grouting hole; and the variable cross-section isolation body, the vault reinforcing layer and the secondary wall rear reinforcing grouting layer jointly reinforce the tunnel peripheral stratum in the river-adjacent bridge pile foundation area. The method can play a reinforcing role in blocking underground water, compacting soil around the pile foundation and improving the overall stability of local soil, the problems that a traditional reinforcing method is long in construction period, high in cost and the like are solved, the shield crossing construction risk is reduced, and safe operation, durability and stability of an existing bridge are guaranteed.
一种盾构侧穿临河桥梁桩基础的地层加固方法,包括如下步骤:S1.在待盾构开挖隧道途径既有桥梁桩基础的一侧地面上钻孔注浆构建多根呈多排交错排列的变截面隔离体;S2.在待盾构开挖隧道轮廓线上方钻孔注浆浇筑拱顶加固层;S3.在待盾构开挖隧道轮廓线内进行盾构下穿掘进施工,由管片注浆孔向隧道上方的管片外壁施做二次壁后补强注浆层;由变截面隔离体、拱顶加固层及二次壁后补强注浆层共同加固临河桥梁桩基区域的隧道周边地层。该方法可发挥阻隔地下水、密实桩基周边土体以及提高局部土体整体稳定性的加固作用,解决传统加固方法施工周期长、费用高等问题,降低盾构穿越施工风险,保证既有桥梁的安全运营与持久稳定。
