The invention discloses a sterilization assembly of sanitary ware. The sterilization assembly comprises a shunt valve (12), an atomizer (16), a circulating pump (19), a control valve (18) and an electrolyzer (14). The shunt valve is provided with a water inlet, a first connector and a second connector, and any two of which can be communicated with each other. The atomizer comprises an atomization box and an atomization module. The atomization box is provided with a liquid inlet connected with the first connector and a mist discharging opening connected with a sterilization channel of the sanitary ware. The atomization module is arranged in the atomization box. The circulating pump is connected into the atomization box through a pipeline and can pump out liquid in the atomization box. The control valve is connected with the second connector of the shunt valve, the circulating pump and the cleaning device of the sanitary ware through pipelines, and any two of the three can be communicated with one another. And the electrolyzer is connected to a connecting pipeline among the shunt valve, the atomization box, the circulating pump and the control valve. The sterilization assembly is small in occupied space, large in sterilization area, good in sterilization effect and low in production and use cost. The invention further provides a sanitary ware and a sterilization method.
