The invention discloses a sterilization assembly (10) of sanitary ware. The sterilization assembly (10) comprises a shunt valve (12), an overflowing type electrolyzer (14) and an electrolysis atomizer (16). The shunt valve is provided with a water inlet (122), a sterilization water outlet (124) and a flushing water outlet (126), and the shunt valve controls the water inlet to be communicated with the sterilization water outlet and/or the flushing water outlet. And the overflowing electrolyzer is connected with the flushing water outlet and a cleaning device of the sanitary ware through a pipeline. The electrolysis atomizer comprises an electrolysis atomization box (162), an immersion type electrolysis module (160) and an atomization module (168). The electrolytic atomization box is provided with a liquid inlet connected with the sterilization water outlet through a pipeline and a mist discharging opening connected with a sterilization channel of the sanitary ware through a pipeline. And the immersion type electrolysis module is arranged in the electrolysis atomization box. The atomization module is arranged in the electrolysis atomization box. The sterilization assembly is small in occupied space, good in sterilization effect, safe to use and low in production and use cost. The invention further provides a sanitary ware and a sterilization method.
