Lunar soil-based carbon nanotube brick as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention belongs to the field of aerospace, aviation and building materials, and relates to a lunar soil-based carbon nanotube brick as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The lunar soil-based carbon nanotube brick is of a structure with a carbon nanotube interlayer, and the structure outside the carbon nanotube interlayer is a structure with pores macroscopically; the structure outside the carbon nanotube interlayer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 10-20 parts of lunar soil aggregate, 2-4 parts of water, 1.5-3 parts of an alkali activator and 0.3-0.6 part of urea. The lunar soil brick with the characteristics of light weight, high strength, air permeability and the like is prepared by imitating a natural multi-layer hollow structure of bamboos and utilizing the carbon nanotubes for reinforcement and modification, and then a topological interlocking splicing mode is adopted for application, so that a light, high-strength and air-permeable material is provided for construction of lunar surface facilities.
本发明属于航天、航空、建筑材料领域,涉及一种月壤基碳纳米管砖及其制备方法、应用。该月壤基碳纳米管砖为带有碳纳米管夹层的结构,且碳纳米管夹层以外的结构为宏观上带有孔隙的结构;碳纳米管夹层以外的结构包括以下质量份数的原料制得:10~20份月壤骨料、2~4份水、1.5~3份碱激发剂、0.3~0.6份尿素。本发明通过仿照竹子的天然多层中空结构并利用碳纳米管增强改性以制备得到具有轻质、高强、透气等特点的月壤砖,之后采用拓扑互锁拼装的方式应用,为月面设施的建造提供了一种轻质、高强、透气的材料。
