Comprising the steps that a concrete beam body is constructed through a hanging basket method; an arch support concrete section is constructed, and then the end assembling supports, the middle assembling supports, the S0-S3 steel box arch sections and the S4-S10 steel box arch sections are hoisted; hoisting the lifting bracket; mounting a middle assembly bracket, the steel box arch sections from S4 to-10, a lifting bracket and the steel box arch sections from S0 to S3 at the other end in sequence; longitudinal steel strands, transverse finish rolling deformed steel bars and transverse opposite-pulling trusses of the steel box arch sections from S4 to-10 are installed; a lifting system of the S4 to-10 steel box arch sections is installed; hoisting a closure section; and mounting a suspender and integrally performing cable force adjustment. According to the invention, the material can be reused, so that the material waste is reduced, and the cost is saved; the coordinate position of the steel box arch is positioned more accurately, and adjustment is convenient and simple; construction safety is guaranteed, operation of workers is convenient, and space is large.
