The device comprises an inner sleeve, an outer sleeve assembly, an inner sleeve cracking assembly and a steel bar main reinforcement, the outer sleeve assembly comprises an outer sleeve, the diameter of one end of the inner sleeve is smaller than that of the other end of the inner sleeve, the smaller end of the inner sleeve is provided with a prefabricated crack, the inner sleeve penetrates into the outer sleeve, and the inner sleeve cracking assembly is connected with the outer sleeve; the inner sleeve fracturing assembly comprises a first screw rod, a second screw rod, two splitting nicking tools and a connecting sleeve, the first screw rod controls the movement direction through a main rib end groove and a first screw rod guide hole, the main rib is rotated to push the first screw rod to rotate so as to drive the second screw rod to rotate, and the connecting sleeve drives the splitting nicking tools to move along splitting nicking tool limiting grooves so as to enable the splitting nicking tools to be split. Therefore, the inner sleeve is damaged. According to the recyclable main reinforcement device, recycling of the fender post main reinforcements can be achieved, tensioning force can be prevented from being applied to the reinforcements, and therefore the strength of the recycled main reinforcements is guaranteed, the number of times of reuse of the main reinforcements is increased, and the recyclable main reinforcement device has important significance in reducing construction cost and reducing carbon emission.
