A communicating pipe communicated with the interior of the collecting tank is arranged at the bottom of the collecting tank, a water inlet of the water feeding pump is communicated with the interior of the collecting tank, a water outlet of the water feeding pump is communicated with the interior of the water purifying tank, a water inlet of the water discharging pump is communicated with the interior of the water purifying tank, and the water discharging pump is used for discharging water in the water purifying tank. In this way, rainwater flowing on the ground surface can be collected by the collecting tank, the rainwater is preliminarily filtered by the filter material layer in the collecting tank and then discharged into the collecting tank for sedimentation treatment, the rainwater subjected to sedimentation treatment in the collecting tank is conveyed into the water purification tank by the water conveying pump, and the water in the water purification tank is conveyed out by the water outlet pump.
