The invention discloses an outer wall prefabricated wallboard, an outer wall and a construction method.The outer wall prefabricated wallboard comprises a wallboard body, a first heat preservation layer and a sandwich heat preservation layer, a notch is reserved in the edge of the wallboard body, the first heat preservation layer is arranged in the notch, the sandwich heat preservation layer is arranged in the wallboard body, and the notch is filled with the first heat preservation layer; and the heat-insulating layer and the sandwich heat-insulating layer are lapped for a preset length on the same plane. The wallboard body is arranged to be of the structure with the notch reserved in the edge, and the notch serves as the arrangement position of the first heat preservation layer, so that the heat preservation range extends to the area not covered by the sandwich heat preservation layer, and cold bridges are reduced.
