The invention provides a prefabricated cornice plate abutted seam construction structure which comprises a first prefabricated cornice plate and a second prefabricated cornice plate which are arranged in parallel, embedded steel bars are embedded in the first prefabricated cornice plate and the second prefabricated cornice plate, and an abutted seam allowing a connecting piece to penetrate through is formed between the first prefabricated cornice plate and the second prefabricated cornice plate. The top end of the connecting piece is connected with the embedded steel bar, the bottom end of the connecting piece is provided with a suspended formwork supporting unit used for bearing cast-in-place concrete, and the top end of the suspended formwork supporting unit is attached to the bottom end of the abutted seam. The construction method of the prefabricated cornice plate abutted seam construction structure comprises the steps that the embedded steel bars are connected; connecting an auxiliary steel bar embedded steel bar; the top end of the connecting piece is connected with the embedded steel bar, and the bottom end of the connecting piece penetrates through the abutted seam, then sequentially penetrates through the filler strip, the base plate, the square tube and the gasket and is fixed; concrete is poured into the abutted seams; and after the concrete reaches the strength, the connecting piece is cut off, and the groove is flattened with mortar.
