The invention relates to a self-adaptive off-wall control construction anti-swing hanging basket which comprises a hanging basket body and an anti-swing device installed on the hanging basket body, the anti-swing device comprises a shell, a particle damping unit and a transmission unit, and the particle damping unit and the transmission unit are arranged in the shell; a supporting plate is horizontally mounted in the shell, and a rotating shaft is rotationally mounted above the supporting plate; the particle damping unit comprises a damping unit shell and particle balls in the damping unit shell; a U-shaped vibration reduction plate capable of penetrating through the supporting plate and extending into a shell of the damping unit is further arranged in the shell, and the particle balls can collide between two side plates of the U-shaped vibration reduction plate; the transmission unit is installed on the rotating shaft, and the working steel wire rope penetrates into the shell and penetrates out of the shell after passing through the transmission unit; a winder is coaxially installed on the rotating shaft, and an anti-swing steel wire rope on the winder penetrates through the supporting plate and then is connected with a bottom plate at the bottom of the U-shaped vibration reduction plate. Compared with the prior art, the hanging basket has the advantages that off-wall control of the hanging basket main body can be realized, and the movement stroke of the particle balls can be adaptively changed, so that a better anti-swing effect can be achieved.
本发明涉及一种自适应型离墙控制施工防摆动吊篮,包括吊篮主体和安装于吊篮主体上的防摆动装置,防摆动装置包括壳体,设于壳体内的颗粒阻尼单元和传动单元;壳体内水平安装有支撑板,支撑板上方转动安装有转轴;颗粒阻尼单元包括阻尼单元外壳和阻尼单元外壳内的颗粒球;壳体内还设有能穿过支撑板并伸入阻尼单元外壳的U型减振板,颗粒球能在U型减振板的两个侧板之间碰撞;传动单元安装于转轴上,工作钢丝绳穿入壳体并经过传动单元后穿出壳体;转轴上同轴安装有卷线器,卷线器上的防摆动钢丝绳穿过支撑板后与U型减振板底部的底板连接。与现有技术相比,本发明能实现吊篮主体的离墙控制并自适应性地改变颗粒球的运动行程以发挥更好的防摆动效果。
