The invention relates to an anti-freezing cement-based grouting material prepared based on iron tailing sand and a preparation method of the anti-freezing cement-based grouting material. The anti-freezing cement-based grouting material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 900-1000 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 990-1100 parts of iron tailing sand, 40-50 parts of aluminate cement, 4-8 parts of a high-performance water reducing agent, 0.2-0.6 part of a plastic expanding agent, 1.2-1.6 parts of a thickening plastic retaining agent and 4-8 parts of an anti-freezing early strength agent. The method comprises the following steps: mixing aluminate cement, a high-performance water reducing agent, an anti-freezing early strength agent, a plastic expanding agent and a thickening plastic retaining agent to prepare a composite additive; and then putting the iron tailing sand and the ordinary Portland cement into a rotating stirrer for stirring, and in the stirring process, putting the composite additive into the stirrer for stirring for 3-5 minutes to obtain the iron tailing sand anti-freezing cement-based grouting material. The iron tailing sand is adopted to replace quartz sand to serve as aggregate to prepare the grouting material, the preparation cost can be reduced, the iron tailing sand can be consumed, waste is turned into wealth, and the influence of the iron tailing sand on the ecological environment is reduced.
