The bottom of a latticed column pushing support is reinforced and anchored; a dynamic control opening and closing device is arranged on a guide beam web to control the rigidity and wind resistance of the guide beam, and meanwhile the outer side, connected with the guide beam, of the steel box beam is clamped and fixed through profile steel; a combined deviation rectifying device is arranged on the pier top of the permanent pier to accurately push the curved section beam; a pier top anti-sliding steel frame limiting device is adopted when a curved section rotates to fall a beam; a detachable lattice type temporary inner support is additionally arranged on a part of the steel box girder for temporary reinforcement; the permanent pier pushing device is fixed to the bent cap in a hooping mode. The method has the advantages of high construction efficiency and high pushing precision, the pushing stability and safety of the steel box girder can be improved, and good technical and economic benefits can be obtained when the method is applied to actual engineering.
本发明涉及一种跨高速既有线匝道桥钢箱梁顶推体系及施工方法,在格构柱顶推支架底部进行加强锚固;在导梁腹板设置动态控制启闭装置控制导梁刚度和抗风,同时在钢箱梁余导梁连接的外侧用型钢夹固;在永久墩墩顶设置组合纠偏装置精准顶推曲线段梁;曲线段旋转落梁时采用墩顶防滑移钢架限位装置;钢箱梁局部增加可拆除格构式临时内支撑进行临时加强;采用抱箍方式将永久墩顶推装置固定于盖梁上。本发明具有施工效率高、顶推精度高的优点,能够提高钢箱梁顶推的稳定性和安全性,应用于实际工程中可取得较好的技术经济效益。
