A plurality of mounting plates are inserted into one side of the protective frame, and a plurality of collecting frames are inserted into one sides of the mounting plates and used for containing garbage in water; the guide cylinders are arranged between the two corresponding protective frames, filter holes used for filtering soil are formed between the guide cylinders and the protective frames, a plurality of through holes are formed in the outer walls of the guide cylinders, openings corresponding to the through holes are formed in one sides of the collecting frames, and the collecting frames are obliquely arranged and used for guiding garbage in the collecting frames into the guide cylinders; the multiple spiral conveying rollers are rotationally arranged in the corresponding guide cylinders correspondingly and used for lifting garbage in the guide cylinders. The sealing mechanism is arranged on the collecting frame and used in cooperation with water waves, the collecting frame is sealed when water rises, the collecting frame is opened when water is pushed, and the sealing mechanism is used for collecting garbage in water; the problem that a blocking plate of an existing slope protection structure is inconvenient to control and clean garbage is solved.
